Kirkoswald House
This project was a complete knockdown and rebuild. While largely straightforward, the sloping site introduced some unique challenges.
We managed significant excavation – cutting and filling into sandstone and removing all spoil – to prepare the site. One of the more intricate aspects of the build was resolving the façade’s batten screen, which had been described as a ‘palm leaf’ draped over the building for both protection and visual impact.
The screen began with minimal detail and required extensive collaboration between all parties to resolve and refine. The result is a beautifully executed feature that defines the project – and one we’re proud to have delivered with precision and care.
