Day House
Artechne was engaged to remodel this existing bungalow and expand the living spaces to suit the needs of a growing family.
Dormer windows were added to the upper level, introducing natural light and enhancing the functionality of the home’s top floor. A new rear pavilion was also constructed – housing a light-filled kitchen and dining area that opens out to the deck, BBQ and pool zones. The raked roofline adds a striking architectural element to this thoughtfully built addition.
