This project was born from the clients' vision of creating their dream home – a private luxury retreat with resort-style amenities.
Realising this vision was a true team effort, with client, architect, interior designer, and builder working closely together to bring the concept to life.
The scope included significant excavation works, the integration of a geothermal energy system, and full home automation to enhance comfort, efficiency, and control. The landscape was entirely reimagined – from the entry driveway through to the pool terrace – creating a cohesive and tranquil garden environment that blends seamlessly with the architecture.
While the project presented challenges due to the site’s topography and ambitious scale, the outcome is a stunning reflection of the client’s dream. It is a project we are proud to have delivered – an elegant and contemporary home, thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed.
