Ashfield House
Artechne's project, named after a comment by a council planner, is a stunning example of heritage conservation architecture.
The house features a beautiful courtyard tree and a palette of face brick and slate, perfectly in keeping with the heritage conservation area. Inside, Artechne’s architects and builders have created a modern and playful space that contrasts with the project’s heritage nature. Artechne’s attention to detail is apparent in the use of materials, including the burnished concrete floors, bagged commons brickwork, exposed timber ceiling joists, and corrugated roof and wall cladding. This project is a testament to Artechne’s commitment to quality and innovative design.
