This project involved the renovation of a heritage sandstone cottage at the front of the property and the knock down and rebuilding of a contemporary extension to the rear.
This was an extremely complex project, consisting of almost every facet of construction. There was addressing the heritage refurbishment of the sandstone cottage, through to the 7m deep excavation in sandstone from boundary to boundary. In between was off form concrete walls and ceilings, custom steel framed windows, doors and stairs through to the installation of a geothermal energy system and home automation to run the house.
A thoroughly engrossing and enjoyable project, the results speak for themselves and this is one project we are extremely proud of as a result.
